Mick Lawrence (born January 24, 1983 in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia) is a professional ice hockey left winger currently playing for the Las Vegas Wranglers of the ECHL.

Junior/Collegiate career[]

Lawrence began his juniors career in 2002 when he signed with the Trail Smoke Eaters. In one season with Trail, Lawrence recorded 95 points in 56 games. Lawrence would move on to the USHL where he would play one season with the River City Lancers scoring 64 points in 58 regular season games and three points in three playoff games.

Lawrence would then sign to play collegiately with the University of Nebraska-Omaha of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association. Lawrence would play four seasons for the Mavericks scoring 102 points in 146 games, with his best season coming during his senior season in which he led the team in goals with 21 and added 19 assists for 40 points in 38 games, placing him second on the team in point total.

Professional career[]

Lawrence will began his professional career during the 2008-09 season as he signed a contract to play with the Las Vegas Wranglers of the ECHL. In his first professional season, Lawrence would score 16 goals and 18 assists for 34 points with 85 penalty minutes in the regular season. During the playoffs, Lawrence would score three goals and piled up 27 penalty minutes as Las Vegas reached the National Conference finals for the second straight season.

Lawrence would return to Las Vegas in the 2009-10 season, scoring 23 goals and 29 assists in 64 games with the Wranglers.
