The Michigan Junior Hockey League was an junior hockey league that was played in Michigan from 1967-68 to 1974-75.

The league merged with the Wolverine Junior A Hockey League , but first took a leave, then folded, when the Great Lakes Junior Hockey League was formed for the 1975-76 season. Port Huron brough a legal action against the new league from signing its protected players, but eventually joined the league before folding on November 20th.
