Mats Sundin (b. February 13th 1971 in Bromma, Sweden) is an ice hockey player, who captained the Toronto Maple Leafs and has played for them since 1994-1995 season. He Currentley Plays for the Vancouver Canucks and previously played for the Quebec Nordiques.
