Martin Štrbák (born January 15, 1975 in Prešov, Czechoslovakia, now Slovakia) is a Slovak Ice hockey defenceman, who plays for HC MVD.
He was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the 9th round (244th overall) of the 1993 NHL Entry Draft. He played for the Kings and the Pittsburgh Penguins in the (2003–04) season.

Štrbák was a player for the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl teams which won back-to-back Russian Super League (RSL) championships in 2002 and 2003. He played for teams in the Czech Republic, Finland, Russia, and Slovakia.

Štrbák was part of the Slovakian team which won the 2002 World Championship. He also won a silver medal in 2000 and a bronze in 2003. Strbak played on Slovakia's 2004 World Cup team.
