Martin Rousek (b. October 5th 1970 in Zdar, Czechoslovakia) is a retired left winger who played most of his career in the Czech Extraliga.

Rousek began his career in 1989-90 with HC Sparta Praha, with which he played until 1994. He then transfered to HC Chemopetrol Litvinov.

In 2002, after a 12 seasons career in the Extraliga, Rousek joined the Danish club Esbjerg IK for three seasons. He would afterward play one year with HK Riga 2000 and then another with HC Melnik before retiring in 2007.
