Martin Kubaliak (b. June 11, 1985 Zvolen, Slovakia) is a professional ice hockey defencemen.

The Huntsville Havoc sent the rights of forwards Beau McLaughlin and Kyle Sheen to Richmond in a trade for Martin Kubaliak on August 22, 2008. Kubaliak was just traded from Twin City to Richmond earlier the same week.

Kubaliak played in 51 games for the Havoc in 2006-07 and scored five goals and recorded 17 assists, but missed all of the playoffs with a broken ankle. He split time the next season (2007-08) between the CHL and ECHL and played in 57 games and scored three goals and recorded six assists.
