Mark Holden (born June 12, 1957 in Weymouth, Massachusetts) is a retired American professional ice hockey goaltender who played four games in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens and four games for the Winnipeg Jets.

He played college hockey for Brown University from 1976 to 1980. The Montreal Canadiens chose him 160th overall in the 1977 NHL Amateur Draft.

Holden played for the Nova Scotia Voyageurs from 1980 to 1984, playing four games with the Canadiens during that span. In 1984 he was traded to the Winnipeg Jets for Doug Soetaert. Holden also got into four games for the Jets and left pro hockey in 1986. He played senior hockey for the Dartmouth Mounties from 1986 to 1988.
