Ludek Bukac (born August 4, 1935, in Usti nad Labem, Czechoslovakia) is a retired Czechoslovak and Czech centre and coach.

He played from 1949 to 1963 for Motorlet Praha, Spartak Praha, and Dukla Jihlava. In 1961 and 1963 World Championship Bukac played for Czechoslovakia.

He started his coaching career in 1967 with Spartak Praha and continued with HC Kosice and HC Ceske Budejovice until 1973. In 1979 Bukac became coach of the Czechoslovak National Team and held that position until 1985. During that time he won 1 gold medal, 3 silver, and 2 bronze at the World Championships plus a silver at the 1984 Olympics.

Bukac then served as the coach of the Austrian National Team from 1985 to 1991 and then the German team until 1994.

He returned to his homeland as the coach of the Czech team and won the 1996 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships. He retired in 1997.
