Lloyd Cook (born March 21, 1890 in Lynden, Ontario) was a professional ice hockey defenceman who played 4 games in the National Hockey League and 107 games in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association. He played for the Vancouver Millionaires, Vancouver Maroons, and Boston Bruins. He won the Stanley Cup in 1915 with the Vancouver Millionaires.

He played for the Edmonton Dominions in the 1913-14 Alberta Senior Playoffs.

The next season Cook joined the Vancouver Millionaires of the Pacific Coast Hockey Association (PCHA). Cook played there for 10 seasons, making the second all-star team in 1916,1918, and 1919 and the first team in 1920,1921, and 1923.

In 1924 he was sold to the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL) and played 4 games that season, scoring 1 goal,

In the following season Cook moved out to California to play in the California Professional League for six seasons. He retired in 1931.

Lloyd Cook died in Taber, Alberta, in 1961.
