Lasse Litma (b. April 5th 1954 in Jyväskylä, Finland) is a former professional defenseman who played in the SM-Liiga for Tappara Tampere.

Litma played from 1973 to 1986 with Tappara, posting his best offensive season in SM-Liiga season 1980-81 with 22 points. He took part in various international competitions with the Finnish National Team, including the 1976 Canada Cup, the 1980 Olympics and the 1978, 1979, 1981, 1983 World Championship.

He was inducted to the Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame.
