In November 2009, Garrow played for Team Ontario Blue at the 2009 Under 18 Canadian Women’s National Championships. In a March 24, 2010 contest versus the Canadian National Under 18 Women’s Team, Garrow played for the OWHA All-Stars. She shared goaltending duties with Nicole Paniccia and Lisa Steffes, as the trio combined to defeat the Under 18 team by a 3-2 tally. [3]

Garrow joined the St. Francis Xavier X-Women in the autumn of 2010. She made 21 saves in a 5-2 loss to the McGill Martlets in the 2011 CIS National Championship Game[4].
