Kristy Garrow (born April 22, 1992 in London, Ontario, Canada) is a member of the St. Francis Xavier women’s ice hockey team.

Playing career[]

Hockey Canada[]

In November 2009, Garrow played for Team Ontario Blue at the 2009 Under 18 Canadian Women’s National Championships. Along with teammate Danielle Butters, Team Ontario Blue beat Quebec in the semifinals, as it marked the first team that Team Ontario Blue would play Team Ontario Red in the gold medal game.[1] She was invited to participate in the Strength and Conditioning Camp for the 2009-10 Hockey Canada Under 18 National Women’s Team[2]. In a March 24, 2010 contest versus the Canadian National Under 18 Women’s Team, Garrow played for the OWHA All-Stars. She shared goaltending duties with Nicole Paniccia and Lisa Steffes, as the trio combined to defeat the Under 18 team by a 3-2 tally. [3]

Garrow joined the St. Francis Xavier X-Women in the autumn of 2010. She made 21 saves in a 5-2 loss to the McGill Martlets in the 2011 CIS National Championship Game[4].
