Kristen MacDonald is a women’s ice hockey player from Ontario. She competes for the Carleton Lady Ravens ice hockey program.
With the Lady Ravens, MacDonald was a three-time CIS academic All-Canadian. During the 2011-12 season, she registered nine goals and five assists in 20 games while manning the blue line.
She is studying forensic science at Carleton University and helps organize the Carleton Ravens’ year-end banquet, while maintaining an 80% average. She volunteers in girls’ minor hockey in the Ottawa region. In addition, she was one of the founders of the Start to Finish Running and Reading Program at Queen Mary Elementary School, in an effort to assist inner-city kids fight illiteracy.
