Kevin Walker (b. in Brea, California, United-States) is the General Manager of the Huntsville Havoc in Huntsville, Alabama, USA. Kevin started as the GM with the Havoc in it inaugural season.
Kevin previously served as the Senior Manager of Business Operations for the NBDL’s Huntsville Flight basketball team from 2001-03. The native of Brea, California, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UCLA in 1990. He also played basketball for the Bruins, where he served as Team Captain in 1989-90. Over his collegiate career Walker averaged 6.0 points and 2.4 rebounds per game. Additionally, Walker graduated as the all-time leader in three point field goals and is tied for second in UCLA history with six three-point field goals made in a game (as of 2007). The Bruins were Pac-10 Conference Champions in 1986-87 and made it to three NCAA tournaments during Walker’s four-year career. After college, Kevin played basketball professionally in Japan and Argentina from 1991-95. He also received his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2001. Walker resides in Madison, Alabama, USA with his wife Christy, stepdaughters Taylor and Abbey, and son Simon.
