Jorma Salmi (born May 6, 1933 in Kotka, Finland) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played in the SM-liiga. He played for Ilves Tampere and HIFK Helsinki. He was inducted into the Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame in 2003. He was a member of the Finnish team at the 1960 Olympics.

He moved to the United States and was residing in the Chicago suburb of Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
