Joachim Ziesche (born July 3, 1939 in Dresden, Germany) is a retired ice hockey player. He participated at the 1968 Winter Olympics. He was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 1999.

Ziesche competed for the East German national Ice hockey team during the 1968 Olympic tournament. In the Qualification Match, The East Germans took on Norway and beat them 3 - 1 and Ziesche scored a goal which was his only goal in the tournament. Although the team never won a game, they still managed to finish 8th out of 14.
