Jesper Fast (formerly Fasth; born December 2, 1991), is a Swedish professional ice hockey forward currently playing with the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Fast was drafted by the Rangers in the sixth round (157th overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.

Internationally, he also represented Sweden in the 2011 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.[1] Fast tied for the team lead with four goals, and also had two assists in six games, as Sweden took 4th place in the tournament.[2]

On May 29, 2012, the New York Rangers announced the signing of Fast to a three-year entry level contract.[3]

After making the Rangers opening night roster for the 2014–15 season, on October 17, 2014, Fast was sent, along with teammate J. T. Miller, to the Rangers' AHL affiliate, the Hartford Wolf Pack.[4]

Fast scored his first NHL goal on November 29, 2014 against Ray Emery of the Philadelphia Flyers.
