Jeff Daw (born February 28, 1972 in Carlyle, Ontario) was a Canadian ice hockey centre who played one game for the Colorado Avalanche in 2001-02, scoring one assist.

He played Junior "B" hockey for the Milton Merchants from 1989 to 1992 and then went to the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1992 to 1996. He was the team captain in his senior year.

Undrafted by any NHL club, he was signed as a free agent by the Edmonton Oilers in 1996 but saw no NHL action. His NHL rights belonged, at various times, to the Chicago Blackhawks, Minnesota Wild, and the Colorado Avalanche, but only the Avalanche brought him up to the NHL.

Daw spent the remainder of his pro career in the minor pros and retired in 2007.
