Jeff Allan (born May 17, 1957 in Toronto, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played four games in the National Hockey League for the Cleveland Barons. He would also play two games in the World Hockey Association with the Cincinnati Stingers.

He played major junior for the Cornwall Royals, Peterborough Petes, and Hull Olympiques from 1974 to 1977. The Cleveland Barons chose him 95th overall in the 1977 NHL Amateur Draft and the Cincinnati Stingers picked him 36th overall in the 1977 WHA Amateur Draft.

Allan played for both the Barons and Stingers in 1977-78 as well as three minor pro teams. The Barons folded in 1978 and the Minnesota North Stars picked up his rights. A existing knee injury caused the North Stars to ask Allan to come to training camp without a contract. He refused and played some games in 1978-79 with the Toledo Goaldiggers and the Los Angeles Blades of the Pacific Hockey League.

He retired in 1979.
