Jean-Luc Phaneuf (Born October 26, 1955, in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired hockey centre. He played 78 games in the World Hockey Association for the Toronto Toros and the Birmingham Bulls, scoring 10 goals and 15 assists in the 1975-76 and 1976-77 seasons.

He was drafted 113th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft and 109th overall by the Toronto Toros in the 1974 WHA Amateur Draft.
