Jay Barriball (born May 27, 1987 in Prior Lake, Minnesota) is an American left winger playing for the Peoria Rivermen of the American Hockey League. His NHL rights are owned by the St. Louis Blues.

He played junior hockey for the Sioux Falls Stampede in 2005-06. The San Jose Sharks chose him 203rd overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. That October they turned around and traded him to the St. Louis Blues as part of the trade for Bill Guerin.

Barriball turned pro in Peoria at the end of the 2010-11 season.
