Jack Mann (born July 27, 1919) was a professional ice hockey centre who played nine games in the National Hockey League. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he played with the New York Rangers.

He played junior hockey for the Winnipeg Rangers and the St. James Canadians from 1937 to 1939. He then spent the next four years playing senior hockey in British Columbia with the Nelson Maple Leafs and the Nanaimo Clippers.

In 1943 Mann came to New York City to play in the Eastern Hockey League for two years. During those two years Mann was called up twice by the New York Rangers. He scored 3 goals and 4 assists in 9 games.

After 1945 Mann played three more seasons of minor pro and retired in 1948.
