Jack Forsey (November 7, 1914 – January 1, 1998) was a Canadian ice hockey right wing who played 19 games in the National Hockey League for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

He started out in junior with the Calgary Jimmies from 1931 to 1933. After that he played senior hockey. He won the Allan Cup in 1936 with the Kimberley Dynamiters. He then played for them as Canada's representative in the 1937 World Championship and won the gold medal.

From 1937 to 1939 he played for the Earls Court Rangers in Great Britain. After 1939 he returned to Canada and resumed playing senior hockey for the Sherbrooke Red Raiders and the Cornwall Flyers.

Forsey turned pro in 1941-42 for the Providence Reds. In 1942-43 he was loaned to the Toronto Maple Leafs where he scored a very credible 7 goals and 9 assists in 19 games.

In 1943-44 he returned to senior with the Red Deer Army Wheelers and then missed the 1944-45 season due to military service. He played part of the 1945-46 season for the Tulsa Oilers. Until he retired in 1950, he played for the senior Regina Capitals, Kimberley Dynamiters, Saskatoon Quakers, Swift Current Broncos, and the Kamloops Elks.
