The Jack Byrne Arena is an indoor arena located in Torbay, Newfoundland and Labrador. The facility is owned and operated by the town of Torbay and the four surrounding communities of Torbay (Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, Flatrock and Pouch Cove).
The facility opened in October 2008 under the name North East Avalon Arena. Shortly there after the facility was renamed the Jack Byrne Arena after the former member of the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly and mayor of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove
A meeting was held on February 6, 2019 to discuss the possibility of adding a second sheet of ice to the arena as the demand for ice has lead youth teams getting far from desirable ice times.
