The Jack Adams Trophy (not to be confused with the NHL's Jack Adams Award) was the Thunder Bay Amateur Hockey Association's Junior Grand Championship. Until 1970, the winner moved in the Memorial Cup play downs, from 1970 until 1980, they moved into the Centennial Cup play downs. The control of the area eventually passed down to Hockey Northwestern Ontario and since 2002 it has been awarded to the champions of the Superior International Junior Hockey League as the HNO champion as the SIJHL is the only league in the region.
