Ján Pardavý (born September 8, 1971, in Trenčín, Czechoslovakia now Slovakia) is a Slovak right winger playing for HC Dukla Trenčín of the Slovak Extraliga.

Pardavy has been playing pro hockey since 1990, almost all of it in Slovakia or the neighbouring Czech Republic.

He has played for Slovakia in the 1997 World Championship, 1998 Olympics, 1998 World Championship, 1999 World Championship, 2000 World Championship, 2001 World Championship, and 2002 Olympics.
