Ian MacNeil (born April 27, 1977 in Halifax, Nova Scotia) is a professional ice hockey player. He played two NHL games with the Philadelphia Flyers during the 2002–03 season.

After many years in AHL, MacNeil played shortly in Germany. He then had a short stint with AHL-team Toronto Marlies. Currently MacNeil is a member of the Mestis (Finland's second-highest league) team Vaasan Sport.
