Chapman Hobart Kitchen (born February 8, 1904 in Toronto, Ontario) was a professional ice hockey defenceman who played 47 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Montreal Maroons and Detroit Red Wings. He would win a Stanley Cup with the Maroons in 1926. Hobie's name was left off the Stanley Cup, because he did not play in the playoffs.

He played junior hockey for the Toronto Moose, Toronto Aura Lee, and Toronto St Marys from 1920 to 1924. The next year he played for the senior Niagara Falls Cataracts.

Kitchen turned pro in 1925-26 with the Montreal Maroons. In 1926-27 he started the season with the Detroit Cougars but was sent down in mid-season to the New Haven Eagles. He played the next two seasons in the Canadian Professional Hockey League and retired in 1929.
