The Hershey Cubs were a semi-professional team in Hershey, Pennsylvania. They played in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) in the 1938-39 EHL season.
The Hershey Bears switched from the EHL to the higher-ranking International American Hockey League in 1938. It was then decided to enter a farm team in the EHL to replace the Bears.
The Cubs only lasted one season. They finished in fourth and last place with a 19-25-9 record.
Their coach was Lloyd Blinco.
