Herbert Neville Stuart (born March 30, 1899 in Brantford, Ontario) was a professional ice hockey goaltender who played in various professional and amateur leagues, including the National Hockey League and Western Canada Hockey League. Amongst the teams he played with were the Detroit Cougars and Edmonton Eskimos.

He played junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey Association with Brantford and Paris from 1916 to 1919. After that he played with the senior Brandon Elks from 1919 to 1924.

The Edmonton Eskimos of the major league Western Canada Hockey League signed him as a free agent in 1924 and he played there for two seasons. When the league folded in 1926, he was sold to the National Hockey League's Detroit Cougars. Injuries restricted him to only three games in the 1926-27 season.

He played two seasons for the Detroit Olympics from 1927 to 1929 and then spent the rest of his career in the International Hockey League. He retired in 1936.
