Herbert Neville Stuart (born March 30, 1899 in Brantford, Ontario) was a professional ice hockey goaltender who played in various professional and amateur leagues, including the National Hockey League and Western Canada Hockey League. Amongst the teams he played with were the Detroit Cougars and Edmonton Eskimos.

He played junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey Association with Brantford and Paris from 1916 to 1919. After that he played with the senior Brandon Elks from 1919 to 1924.
