Helge "Bulge" Bostrom (January 9, 1894 – January 25, 1977) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 96 games in the National Hockey League. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he played for the Chicago Blackhawks.

Bostrom played with several senior teams in Western Canada, including the Winnipeg Ypres, Winnipeg Monarchs, and the Moose Jaw Maple Leafs. He turned pro in the Western Canada Hockey League with the Edmonton Eskimos and then in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association with the Vancouver Maroons.

When the western leagues folded in 1926, Bolstrom was sold to the Minneapolis Millers of the American Hockey Association. He stayed there for three years before he was called up to the Chicago Blackhawks.

Bostrom stayed with the Hawks for four seasons. He retired from hockey in 1936.

He was the player-coach of the Tulsa Oilers for part of the 1932-33 season. Later he coached the Kansas City Greyhounds for two seasons.
