Guy Allen (born October 11,1947 in Schumacher, Ontario) was a defenceman.

He was chosen 12th overall by the Montreal Canadiens in the 1964 NHL Amateur Draft but was almost immediately traded to the Boston Bruins with fellow choice Paul Reid for other fellow choices Alex Campbell and Ken Dryden.

Allen played junior hockey for the Niagara Falls Flyers and London Nationals from 1963 to 1968, winning the Memorial Cup in 1965 with the Flyers. Turning pro with the Oklahoma City Blazers in 1968, Allen played four seasons in the minor pros and retired in 1972.
