The Grand Rapids Rockets were a team that played in the North American Hockey League for part of the 1999-2000 season.  The team was based out of the DeltaPlex. The team was renamed when the league took over operations of the team during the season.  The team was previously known as the Grand Rapids Bearcats from 1998 to 1999. They were previously known as the Saginaw Gears (NAHL) from 1991 to December of 1995 and the Gaylord Grizzlies from December of 1995 to 1998.

The team would be relocated to Lansing, Michigan where they became the Capital Centre Pride.
