The Glace Bay Moosehead Miners were a senior team.
They played as an independent (non-league) team in 1964-65 when the Cape Breton Senior Hockey League folded.
The Miners then beat the Sydney Millionaires in the Cape Breton final before losing the final in the 1964-65 Maritimes Senior Playoffs.
