Garth Leslie MacGuigan (born February 16, 1956 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) is a retired professional ice hockey centre. He was selected by New York Islanders 50th overall in the 3rd round of the 1976 NHL Amateur Draft. In the same year he was drafted 56th overall in the 5th round by the Quebec Nordiques in the 1976 WHA Amateur Draft. He went on to play in only 5 games for the NHL's New York Islanders, scoring one assist.

He played junior hockey for the Montreal Bleu Blanc Rouge and the Montreal Juniors from 1974 to 1976. He turned pro with the Muskegon Mohawks of the International Hockey League in 1976-77, winning the Gary F. Longman Memorial Trophy as rookie-of-the year. He played most of his career in the Central Hockey League with the Fort Worth Texans and the Indianapolis Checkers and retired in 1985.
