Frank Salive (born February 8, 1955 in Leamington, Ontario) is a retired Canadian goaltender.

He played junior hockey for the Pembroke Lumber Kings in 1972-73 and then the Peterborough Petes from 1973 to 1975. The Petes represented Canada at the 1974 World Junior Championship.

The Pittsburgh Penguins chose him 170th overall in the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft. However, Salive turned down the chance to play pro hockey in favour of a broadcasting career. He is now involved in horse racing broadcasting.
