Frankbathgate

Frank Bathgate (February 14, 1930 – February 21, 2015) was a Canadian ice hockey centre. He played in 2 NHL games for the New York Rangers.

He played junior hockey for the Guelph Biltmores from 1947 to 1950. While there he insisted that the team give his kid brother a tryout. That was how Andy Bathgate got his start. The two played on a line together in 1949–50.

Frank only got into two games for the Rangers in 1952–53, scoring no points.

Otherwise he spent his career in the minor pro and senior ranks. He retired in 1961.
