Frank Bathgate (born February 14, 1930 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a retired Canadian ice hockey centre. He played in 2 NHL games for the New York Rangers.

He played junior hockey for the Guelph Biltmores from 1947 to 1950. While there he insisted that the team five his kid brother a tryout. That was how Andy Bathgate got his start. The two played on a line together in 1949-50.

Otherwise he spent his career in the minor pro and senior ranks. He retired in 1962.
