The Windsor Aces are a junior hockey team expected to begin play with the 2017-18 season in the Greater Metro Junior A Hockey League. The team's arena is to be based out of the Adie Knox Herman Arena.
The team was apparently having issues with players either having enough players signed or having enough players able to get into Canada as the team posted on facebook on September 9th at 12:35pm that the were postponing their first game of the season due to "issues with immigration paperwork for our players [1]
- On September 20, 2023 the GMJHL president announced that the team would be taking a leave [2] Windsor had already lost a September 16th game 12-2 to the Tottenham Railers and a September 17th game to the St. George Ravens 8-1.
