Norm Foster (born February 10, 1965 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a retired ice hockey goaltender who played for the Boston Bruins.

He played Tier II Junior "A" for the Penticton Knights from 1981 to 1983. He then played college hockey for the Michigan State Spartans from 1983 to 1987. While there, he was a member of the Canadian team that won a gold medal at the 1985 World Junior Championship.

The Boston Bruins chose him 222nd overall in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft. Foster played three seasons in the Bruins' system, playing only 3 games for the NHL team in 1990-91. In 1991 he was traded to the Edmonton Oilers where he only played in 10 games in 1991-92.

The Philadelphia Flyers signed Foster as a free agent in 1993 but he never played in the NHL again. He retired in 1995.
