Mike McNeill (born July 22, 1966 in Winona, Minnesota) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 63 games in the National Hockey League. He played for the Chicago Blackhawks and Quebec Nordiques.

He played for Notre Dame University from 1984 to 1988. McNeill was chosen by the St. Louis Blues in the 1988 NHL Supplemental Draft. After a year in the minors, the Blues released him and he joined the Chicago Blackhawks in 1989.

McNeill got his NHL debut in 1990-91 with the Hawks and scored 2 goals and 2 assists in 23 games. The Hawks traded him to the Quebec Nordiques in 1990. He spent parts of the next two seasons with the Nordiques, then went to the Milwaukee Admirals and played there for six seasons.

In 1998 McNeill went to Germany to play for the Revier Lowen and retired in 2000.
