Maurice Filion (born February 12, 1932 in Montreal, Quebec) is a former Canadian ice hockey coach. He was head coach of the Quebec Nordiques in 1981 as well as in 1972-73 when the franchise was in the World Hockey Association. From 1974 to 1988 he was the General Manager of the Nordiques.

Prior to joining the Nordiques, Filion was the coach of the junior Quebec Remparts and won the Memorial Cup in 1971.
