Kylie Rossler (born March 3, 1989) is an ice hockey player for the Mercyhurst Lakers (and previously competed for the Robert Morris Colonials).
Playing career[]
During 2006-07, she led the Regina Rebels with 19 goals and 24 assists for 43 points. On November 10, 2006, she had a season-high three goals as part of six-point performance in a 10-0 win against the Saskatoon Comets. Versus the Weyburn Penta Gold Wings (on November 15, 2006), she registered a four-point performance with four assists. In addition, she was named captain for the Regina Rebels in 2006-07.
NCAA[]
Rossler joined Mercyhurst in the 2009-10 season and played in 31 contest. She registered five goals and added three assists for eight points. Her first goal (and first point) as a Mercyhurst player came on November 28, 2009 as the Lakers bested Colgate by an 8-2 mark. On January 16, 2010, she scored in a 5-5 tie vs. Clarkson. In the postseason, she registered a season-high two points with a goal and an assist in a 3-2 overtime loss to Cornell at the NCAA Women's Frozen Four semifinal.
During the 2008-09 season, she participated in 32 games for the Robert Morris Colonials. For the season, she accumulated six goals and added seven assists for 13 points. Her 13 points ranked sixth on the squad.[1] On October 3, 2008, she assisted on the game-winning goal that defeated No. 2 ranked Minnesota by a 3-2 mark. On February 7, 2009, she scored a short-handed goal as part of a two-point performance against Sacred Heart.
In her freshman year with Robert Morris (2007-08), she competed in 30 games. She registered seven goals and adding eight assists for 15 points.[2] Her seven goals tied for third on the team. In back to back wins over Sacred Heart (from November 2-3, 2007), she registered four goals and one assist. October 27, 2007 resulted in her scoring the game-tying goal in the third period against St. Cloud State, while also contributing an assist in a 3-3 tie. Versus Brown, she scored the game-winning goal on November 23, 2007. In a 1-0 win over Bemidji State, she contributed the game-winning assist (November 23, 2007). From November 22-23, she had three assists in a two-game series versus Niagara. Her 15 points ranked seventh in scoring among CHA freshmen.
