Joseph Brian "Joe" Junkin (born September 8, 1946) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who played in one National Hockey League game for the Boston Bruins during the 1968–69 NHL season.

He played Junior "B" with the Bobcaygeon Bobcats and senior with the Belleville Mohawks before the Boston Bruins signed him as a free agent in 1968. He got into 8 minutes of a game with the Bruins in 1968-69 and otherwise played in the Bruins' farm system.

After an all-star year in 1972-73 with the Syracuse Blazers, Junkin signed with the New Jersey Knights of the World Hockey Association (WHA). He played in 53 games in 1973-74 with the Knights and another 16 in 1973-74 when they moved to become the San Diego Mariners.

Junkin retired in 1976 after two years in the minor pros.
