Jimstorm

James Storm (born February 5, 1971 in Milford, Michigan) was a professional ice hockey player who played 84 games in the National Hockey League. He played for the Dallas Stars and Hartford Whalers.

He played Tier II Junior "A" for the Detroit Compuware Ambassadors from 1988 to 1990 and then played three years for the Michigan Tech Huskies. He also played for the United States in the 1991 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.

The Hartford Whalers chose him 75th overall in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft. Storm turned pro with Hartford in 1993-94 and scored 6 goals and 10 assists in 68 games. In 1994-95 he split the season between the Whalers and the Springfield Indians.

The Dallas Stars signed him as a free agent in 1995 but he only got into 10 games for the Stars. Storm signed with the New York Islanders in 1997 but spent the entire 1997-98 season with the Utah Grizzlies.

He retired in 1998.

In the NHL Storm played in 84 games and scored 7 goals and 15 assists.
