Jeffrey Rohlicek (born January 27, 1966 in Park Ridge, Illinois) is a retired American professional ice hockey center who played nine games in the National Hockey League for the Vancouver Canucks. He scored the Cup-winning goal for the Springfield Indians in overtime in the deciding game of the 1990 Calder Cup championship finals.

He played junior hockey in the Western League for the Portland Winter Hawks, Kelowna Wings, and the Spokane Chiefs as well as representing the United States in the 1985 World Junior Championship. The Vancouver Canucks chose him 31st overall in the 1984 NHL Entry Draft.

Rohlicek turned pro in 1986 in the Canucks' farm system but could not crack the NHL team's lineup. He spent virtually all of his career in the minor pros until his retirement in 1998.
