Playing career[]
Dumais started playing for the Élites du Lac St-Louis. In 2004, her team took first place at the Jeux du Québec. [1] She took the silver medal at the 2005 Canadian Championships. She was a two-year member of Dawson College in Montreal and was an assistant captain in 2008-09. She competed at Kuper Academy for two seasons and was a two-time Kuper Academy Academic Athlete of the Year. Dumais was a Montreal Canadiens scholarship holder in 2010 from the Quebec Foundation for Athletic Excellence.[2]

NCAA[]
In her freshman season (2009-10), Dumais appeared in all 28 contests for the Big Green. She led all rookies in every offensive category and was named to the ECAC Hockey All-Rookie Team. Her 25 points were fourth on the team and her 15 assists were tied second on the squad. In ECAC freshman scoring, Dumais ranked fourth overall. Her first collegiate point was registered on October 31, 2009. It was an assist in a 5-5 tie against the Colgate Raiders. On November 6, Dumais scored two goals in her home debut against St. Lawrence, as the Big Green prevailed by a 4-2 mark. Of note, both goals were scored on the power play. On December 30, she finished 2009 with a pair of assists in a 4-3 win over Vermont. She had back-to-back two-goal games as the Big Green defeated Yale (Feb. 5) and Brown (Feb. 6). In a 6-3 win over Boston College on January 27, she had a goal and an assist. Dumais was voted as the team's Rookie of the Year by her teammates.[3] For the week beginning January 14, 2011, Camille Dumais accumulated six points (three goals, three assists) in three victories. In a win versus Vermont, she registered one goal and two helpers. Versus Union, she scored one goal, and then had a two point game versus RPI.
Hockey Canada[]
As a three-time member of Team Quebec, Dumais won two silver medals at the Under 18 Nationals and a bronze at the Canada Winter Games. At the Canada Winter Games, Dumais was amongst the tournament’s leading scorers. Dumais was a forward for the Canadian Under 18 team and earned a silver medal at the World Championship in Calgary. In a January 9, 2008 contest versus Germany (contested at the inaugural World Women's Under-18 hockey championship), Camille Dumais notched one goal and two assists in a 10-1 win. [4] She was the team’s leading scorer during the tournament.
