Doug Morrison (born February 1, 1960 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 23 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Boston Bruins and scored seven goals and three assists.

He played junior hockey for the Lethbridge Broncos from 1976 to 1980. The Boston Bruins chose him 36th overall in the 1979 NHL Entry Draft. In 1979-80 he played in his first NHL games for the Bruins and followed that up with another 18 in 1980-81. Morrison played in 3 games in 1981-82 and a last one in 1984-85. Other than that his career was spent in the minors.

In 1987 Morrison went to Europe and played three more seasons in Germany and one in Italy. He retired in 1992.

Morrison was an assistant coach for the junior Prince George Spruce Kings in 1997-98 and form 2002 to 2004.

In his NHL career Morrison played in 23 games and scored 7 goals and 3 assists.
