Daniel Poudrier (born February 15, 1964 in Thetford Mines, Quebec) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 25 games in the National Hockey League for the Quebec Nordiques.

He played junior hockey for the Shawinigan Cataractes and the Drummondville Voltigeurs from 1981 to 1984. The Quebec Nordiques chose him 131st overall in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft.

Poudrier turned pro with the Muskegon Mohawks in 1984-85. He spent the next three seasons in the Nordiques' system, playing in 25 games with Quebec and scoring a goal and 5 assists.

In 1988-89 he moved to Europe to play for France's HC Mont Blanc. After playing for the Canadian National Team in 1989-90, Poudrier played until 2000 in Europe.

He then played for the Thetford Mines Prolab until he retired in 2002.
