Credit Union Place (Summerside)

Consolidated Credit Union Place is an indoor twin sheet arena located in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. The arena has a seating capacity of 4,228 for ice hockey. The facility was originally called the Summerside Wellness Centre. The facility is home to the Summerside Western Capitals of the Maritime Junior A Hockey League.

Construction on the larger facility commenced on October 20, 2002. The second portion which included the arena started contruct in 2006 and the arena opened on March 1, 2017. The hockey arena was a replacement for Cahill Stadium and Steele Arena, both of which closed upon opening of the new arena.

In 2008, the arena hosted the first ever National Hockey League game in Prince Edward Island when the New York Islanders defeated the Florida Panthers 4-2 on September 27th.

The arena was renamed as part of a ten year naming rights deal on February 29, 2008.
