Brigette Lacquette (born November, 1992) is a women’s ice hockey player.

Playing career

Lacquette competed for Team Manitoba at the 2010 National Aboriginal Hockey Championships in Ottawa, Ontario. She was part of the gold medal winning team and led all Manitoba players in penalty minutes with 12.

Hockey Canada

In April 2010, Lacquette was part of the Canadian Under 18 squad that captured gold at the IIHF Under-18 World Championships. In the first game of the tournament (on March 27), she had three points in a 6-3 win over Russia. As a member of the gold medal winning squad, a hockey card of her was featured in the Upper Deck 2010 World of Sports card series. In addition, she participated in the Canada Celebrates Event on June 30 in Edmonton, Alberta which recognized the Canadian Olympic and World hockey champions from the 2009-10 season. In April 2013 she was apart of the 27 player Centralization roster for Team Canada. Lacquette represented Team Canada in the 2015 IIHF Women's World Hockey Championships finishing 4th in points by a defensemen.

NCAA

Lacquette committed to join the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs of the WCHA in November 2010. She is currently a senior at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
