Andyspruce

Andy Spruce (born April 17, 1954 in London, Ontario) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 172 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Colorado Rockies and Vancouver Canucks.

Spruce played junior hockey for the London Knights and was chosen 95th overall by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1974 NHL Amateur Draft. He turned pro in 1974 and played two seasons in the minors before going up to the Canucks in 1976-77 where he scored 9 goals and 6 assists in 51 games.

In 1977 he was signed as a free agent with the Colorado Rockies. In 1977-78 he scored 19 goals but only scored 3 in the following season. Spruce played in the minors in 1980-81 and 1981-82 and then retired.
